ASHEPAZambia OHS Quiz 2026
Rules
These rules help ensure that the Zambia Occupational Health and Safety National Quiz 2026 is fair, transparent and educational.
The challenge is open to registered Zambia participants in the HSE Professional or Undergraduate Students category who provide accurate information during registration.
Each participant must register with their own details and use only one account unless ASHEPA gives written permission for correction or replacement. Undergraduate Students must upload a valid student ID card, while HSE Professionals must upload a valid NRC or Passport document.
Students must capture a clear verification photo before accessing the full learning and quiz process. The photo may be used by ASHEPA for integrity review.
Students must complete all lessons assigned to their level before the quiz is unlocked.
The quiz is timed. Students must complete it honestly, without impersonation, unauthorized assistance or any attempt to manipulate the system.
Ranking may be based on final mark, quiz duration, submission time and integrity review. ASHEPA may review top results before confirming final winners.
ASHEPA may review unusual activity such as multiple accounts, suspicious timing, repeated device patterns, missing verification information or other indicators of unfair participation.
Eligible participants may receive a verified certificate of participation after completing the course and quiz. Certificates can be authenticated through the certificate verification page.
ASHEPA reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose result is found to be false, manipulated, duplicated or inconsistent with the competition rules.
ASHEPA's decision on final results, rankings and awards is final after administrative review.
